Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking.

Open the can of biscuits and separate them into individual pieces. Slice each biscuit into four equal parts.

Arrange the biscuit pieces evenly on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not touching. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until they puff up and turn a light golden brown.

While the biscuit bites are baking, stir together the sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl to create the coating.

Once the biscuits are out of the oven and cool enough to handle, dip each one into the melted butter and coat all sides. Immediately roll the buttered biscuit bite in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully covered.
