Step 1

Cut the salmon fillets into cubes and season them with Mingle Citrus Pepper.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix together ½ tsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp hot sauce, and 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar to make the marinade/sauce.

Step 3

Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.

Step 4

Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they’re crispy and golden.

Step 5

Serve salmon bites with corn and broccoli on the side.
