Combine the puréed raspberries, applesauce, lemon juice, psyllium husks, and chia seeds in a medium sized bowl.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, mix the gelatin with the hot water and stir until dissolved.

Step 3

Combine all of the ingredients together and mix thoroughly.

Step 4

Pour the jello into a glass container with a lid.

Step 5

Refrigerate for one hour or until jello is completely set.

Step 6

Cut into squares or use cookie cutters to create fun jello shapes.

Step 7
