In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Using a spoon, scoop out spoonfuls of the cottage cheese mixture and spread them evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each scoop with the back of the spoon to form small, round chips.
