Step 1
Mix flour, salt and pepper. Roll each chicken thigh in the flour and coat.
Step 2
Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker.
Step 3
Mix together the bouillon, half and half, tapioca, garlic, mushrooms, and soup.
Step 4
Pour over chicken.
Step 5
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
Step 6
Turn slow cooker to HIGH, place one piece of the cheese on each chicken thigh. Place the cover back on the slow cooker until cheese has melted on the chicken.
Step 7
Serve over rice noodles, and enjoy.
