Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Arrange the salmon fillets in a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Pat the fillets dry with a paper towel and season evenly with the salt.

In a medium bowl, add the orange zest, the orange juice, the maple syrup, the mustard, the paprika, and the ginger and mix well to combine.

Spoon or brush the orange mixture over the salmon fillets.
Step 6
Divide the pecans evenly over each of the fillets, gently pressing them in to adhere to the salmon.
Step 7
Bake the fillets until they flake easily with a fork and reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, about 15-20 minutes.
Step 8
Serve garnished with the fresh parsley.
