Step 1

Place milk and vanilla in a saucepan with ¾ cup of rice. Stir to combine.

Step 2

Bring to the boil and add ½ of the coconut and reduce heat and gently simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender.

Step 3

If you prefer it a little sweet, stir in the honey.

Step 4

When the liquid has been absorbed to your liking, take of the heat and spoon into bowls

Step 5

Sprinkle with cinnamon, coconut and arrange sliced bananas over the top and drizzle with honey!
