Ingredients: 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar; 1/3 cup olive oil; 1-2 tsp sweetener (honey, sugar or low-carb sweetener); 1 tsp salt; 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional); pinch of black pepper (optional); 6 cups shredded cabbage; 1/4 cup shredded cabbage; 1/2 cup sliced cucumber; 1 cup chopped tomatoes; 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill

Easy Cabbage Salad - this is seriously the best, simple, basic cabbage salad recipe, made with shredded cabbage, carrots and tomatoes (optional). Fresh and low-calorie apple cider vinegar dressing makes is light and perfect for summer. This salad goes well with chicken, steak or seafood.

Easy Cabbage Salad

apple cider vinegar

olive oil

sugar

salt

Dijon mustard (optional)

black pepper (optional)

cabbage

cucumber

tomatoes

tbsp chopped fresh dill

Whisk all ingredients for the dressing in a small jar and shake.

In a bowl, combine all ingredients for the salad and pour dressing on top.

Stir and let it sit for 10 min, then serve. You may need to add more salt to season the salad for your taste.

So easy to make! Added a little oregano to it and tasted delicious!
