Step 1
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Whisk thoroughly until all ingredients are incorporated. Taste and adjust the seasoning.

If you're planning to use this vegan ranch as a dip, keep it thick. If you're using it as a salad dressing or sauce, whisk in a bit more non-dairy milk, 1 Tbsp at a time, until it reaches desired consistency.
Step 3
This dairy free ranch will keep refrigerated in an airtight container for 3-4 days. If some of the liquid separates, just whisk it again to re-incorporate.
