Step 1

Place short ribs in a large ziploc bag, laying flat.

Step 2

Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine.

Step 3

Pour marinade into ziploc bag over the ribs.

Step 4

Lay bag flat in a shallow pan or large bowl and refrigerate for 24-48 hours, turning the bag over occasionally.

Step 5

Bring bag to room temperate a couple hours before ready to cook.

Step 6

Heat grill to Med or Med High heat

Step 7

If using oven, turn broiler to medium high (or lower the highest rack a couple inches if your broiler doesn't have that setting)

Step 8

Remove ribs from bag and discard marinade.

Step 9

Grill on BBQ or Broil on baking sheet for 5 minutes per side

Step 10

Place ribs on plate and garnish with green onions.
