Then, add the onion soup mix and the almond flour and mix together again. Finally, add the ground beef to bowl and mix together until just combined. (Overworking the meat will make it tough). Transfer the ground beef mixture to a square baking dish, 8" x 8" or 9" x 9". Bake the meat loaf for 45 minutes at 350° until the meat pulls away from the pan and there is bubbling around the edges. Let the meat load cool about 5 minutes then slice and serve.
