Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined, ensuring there are no lumps.
Step 2
Pour the blended mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it evenly into a flat, even layer, about 1/4 inch thick.Optional Topping: Sprinkle sesame seeds and poppy seeds evenly over the top.Bake for 30 minutes or until the flatbread has a golden brown color and is firm to the touch.
