Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a 9 x 13 baking sheet with parchment paper. Grease the parchment paper or baking sheet very well to prevent sticking.

Step 2

Add cottage cheese, eggs and seasonings of choice to a blender and process until smooth. Pour the cottage cheese mixture into the prepared baking sheet and spread out evenly.

Step 3

Bake cottage cheese flatbread in hot oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Enjoy as a low carb high protein alternative to bread.
