Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook until chicken is done, stirring frequently for approximately 5 to 6 minutes. (chicken is done when it is no longer pink, or to be 100% sure use an instant-read thermometer. Chicken is done at 165 degrees F.)
Step 3
Add seasoning mix, beans, green chilies, and chicken broth. Stir and then bring to a boil.
Step 4
Cover, turn down the heat, and simmer the chili for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Serve and garnish with cheese, avocado, sour cream, and cilantro.
