Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Add cooking spray to grease a muffin tin.

Step 3

Pour 1/4 cup of egg whites into 6 of the muffin tins.

Step 4

Add the chicken breast on a greased baking sheet.

Step 5

Place the pans of egg whites and chicken into the oven. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Step 6

While the egg whites and chicken are baking, prepare the rest of the sandwiches.

Step 7

Cut the English muffins in half. Add a slice of cheese on 1/2 of the English muffin.

Step 8

When the chicken and egg whites are finished cooking, add one of each onto a sandwich.

Step 9

Wrap the finished sandwiches in aluminum foil until ready to eat.

Step 10

When ready to eat: heat up the sandwich by broiling in the oven until warm.
