Directions Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water. Set aside 1 tablespoon of this mixture to mix with one drop of food coloring. Drop a bit of this dyed gelatin mixture into the bottom of each large, round ice mold, and then let chill for at least 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the condensed milk with the remaining gelatin and the vodka. Pour over the set gelatin “pupils” and chill until firm.
