Step 1
Preheat your hearth or oven to 475°F (245°C)
Step 2
Fry the bacon in a pan over a medium heat cooking fire or stove. Then remove the bacon and fry the scallions and mushrooms in the bacon grease.
Step 3
Generously coat your baking sheet with olive oil. Lay your pizza dough on the sheet and gently spread out into about a 12" circle.
Step 4
Top the dough with the tomato sauce to your taste, covering with enough to reach about 1/2" from the edges of the dough. Dust with the dried oregano, garlic powder, and salt, then drizzle the olive oil on top.
Step 5
Add your toppings to taste. We layered cubed mozzarella, about 2 strips of bacon, half of the sliced tomato, and the full scallion. Feel free to get creative here and add what you'd like!
Step 6
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is cooked through. Let sit for 5 minutes, then serve to hungry adventurers!
