In a skillet with a little oil, sauté the red bell peppers and onions on medium-high heat.

When the onions are translucent (after 8-10 minutes), add the garlic and continue to sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Add the black beans with their liquid, and 2 tablespoons of Lizano sauce (or more).
Step 4
After 3 minutes, Reduce heat and add the rice and stir gently. Continue to cook for a few minutes.

Add the chopped cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.
