Step 1
Melt butter and mix with next 3 ingredients in a small bowl.
Step 2
Chop parsley and add to butter with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Chop salmon into bite size pieces and add to large zipper bag along with broccoli. Pour butter mixture into bag. Zip and shake to mix.
Step 4
Pour salmon and broccoli onto large baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray.
Step 5
Bake at 375 degrees for 18-25 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
Step 6
Cook rice according to package directions. Serve with salad.
