Export 10 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Cut 1 lb/450g chicken breast into bite sized pieces. Add onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt and pepper. Mix well and marinate for 15-30 minutes
Step 2
Mince garlic, finely chop parsley and grate parmesan cheese
Step 3
On medium heat, fry the chicken in olive oil until browned and cooked through. Don't overcrowd the pan. Set aside once done
Step 4
Reduce flame to low and add 2 tbsp cold butter. Sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds. Add a splash of lemon juice and mix well. Return the pan-fried chicken, chopped parsley and mix well
Step 5
Add about 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, mix and transfer to a serving bowl
Step 6
To the same pan, add the green beans along with a pinch of salt and stir fry for 1 minute. Deglaze the pan with 1/4 cup water, cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes (or until cooked to your liking)
Step 7
Serve the chicken and green beans with some more grated parmesan cheese and rice/bread
