Combine tomato puree, garlic, stock, 1½ cups boiling water and oil in a large bowl. Season.

Place onion, olives, anchovies, pasta and capers in prepared dish. Pour over tomato puree mixture and remaining boiling water. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Step 4
