Step 1
Rinse the squid and pat dry. Remove the tentacles and set aside for later use. Slice through one side of the squid body so that there is an opening, like a book.
Step 2
In a bowl, blend the feta cheese with the lemon juice, cream, and herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Divide the cheese mixture between the squid bodies and enclose with toothpicks. Thread the tentacles onto wooden skewers.
Step 3
Brush the squid tubes and tentacles with olive oil and cook on the grill on for 1-2 minutes per side. Serve drizzled with lemon juice alongside slices of white bread and lemon wedges.
