I've made this a few times now.  It's quick and easy.  I use precooked bacon.  I throw in whatever I have.  I use whatever cheese I have on hand.  I've made it with and without bacon.  It's tasty and it passes the toddler test.   Always a clean plate!  That makes it 5 stars in this house.

Must have been good because I didn't get any.  As a busy working mom I make 3 meals on Sunday so we can eat them all week long.  This pie was the first to go.  I don't have a blender so I just mixed the ingredients by hand and it worked just as well.  Next time I'll make two!

I’ve made this twice now and my husband and I really enjoyed it.  As suggested by another reader, I used thawed frozen spinach squeezed dry, adding it just after the bell pepper.  Next time, though, I will put it after the ham and before the cheese so that it does not top the dish.  I used two types of ham, some left over diced and then to have enough added thin cut Black Forest deli ham, also diced but thinner.  I preferred that so will probably make my next one with just the deli ham.  And I will also try some jalapeños instead of bell pepper as mentioned in another review.  I agree that is will feed less than stated  - would be enough for four in my household.

I made this for a early dinner after the holidays with leftover ham. It was a hit and I was asked to make another. I followed the recipe and it was very good.

This is a great easy recipe to use leftover ham.  I used mozzarella in place of the Swiss.  I omitted the bacon.  Next time I will try reducing the cheese a bit and adding some vegetables. We had for dinner with fresh asparagus.

This makes a nice light meal along with a salad.  A good way to use leftover ham!

Easy and Tasty!  I used jalapenos instead of green pepper for some extra flavor.  There's no way that you can get 8 servings from this - maybe 3 or 4.

This is a delicious blend of breakfast flavors, which is nice an light as well. We didn't have the Swiss cheese on our first try and it was still delicious. (We didn't double the cheddar, but there was still plenty of cheese flavor.)

Very picky husband. He ate it for 3 meals in row. That means it's a definite keeper!

I want to give this 5 stars because I felt it tasted very delicious but gave 4 stars as it is a bit time consuming to get all the ingredients prepped for this dish and I used microwave bacon.  I also used red pepper because that is what I had.  The egg part on the bottom seemed a little wet but it was pretty yummy and what a great way to use leftover ham.

My boyfriend raved about this one.  :)  I did use more onion (3/4 cup) and more bell peppers (green and red- 3/4 cup).  I added 1 bunch of broccoli florets after the bell peppers.  It was soooo good!!

I always love ham and swiss together! This was very delicious. A keeper.

<p>We loved this pie and I'll make it again.  I used Mozzarella, because I didn't have Swiss,  cheese and red bell pepper instead of green (sweeter and great color).  I had no idea what "biscuit/baking mix" is so I mixed up the ingredients in Bisquick and added a little canola oil which just added fat to the baked pie.  It worked well enough, but I'll probably add more flour next time.  I'd also use 3 eggs instead of 2.  This recipe is a keeper!  CA Coast Mom</p>

A classic taste that is perfect for brunch or dinner! Leftovers are equally good warmed up the next day. My only addition to the recipe is to add a box of thawed chopped spinach.  Simply lay spinach in dish with ham and cheese. Batter can be easily hand wisked if no blender.  As a volunteer food editor with Taste of Home I enjoy working with recipes that are easy to prepare and enjoyed by many.

This is great. I made it exactly as is, and my husband ate almost half the pie. It took longer than 35 minutes for mine to cook.  Definitely recommend this for an easy dinner or breakfast/brunch recipe.
