Step 1
Mix together all of the seasoning ingredients, then sprinkle the mixture onto your pork, patting it on to help it stick.
Step 2
Press the saute button on your IP. Once it's hot, sear the pork on all sides, add the broth to the pot, close the lid and cook on the meat/stew setting for 60 minutes, letting the pressure release naturally when it's finished.
Step 3
Remove meat, shred with two forks.
Step 4
Be sure to save some of the liquid if you think you'll have leftovers! *see notes!
Step 5
Add the chicken broth and the seasoned pork tenderloin to your slow-cooker, cook on high for 4 hours.
Step 6
When it's finished cooking, remove it from the liquid and shred with two forks.
Step 7
Be sure to save some of the liquid if you think you'll have leftovers! *see notes!
Step 8
While the pork is cooking, mix together all of the ingredients for the sauce, put in a sealed container and refrigerate. It's good to let it sit for awhile and let the flavors develop, but still delish if this doesn't happen.
Step 9
I don't mix the sauce with the meat, but put the meat on the bun then top with sauce (and maybe some fix approved slaw, if you like - I like!) and then the top bun. Would also be great in lettuce cups, pita bread or scooped into your mouth with your bare freaking hands.
