Export 13 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
In a bowl add a good drizzle of mild olive oil, a tiny pinch (sprinkle) of turmeric and black pepper
Step 2
Peel and chop the potatoes into inch wide cubes, and add to the bowl. Mix well then transfer the potatoes to a wide roasting pan. Cook for 20 minutes, turning the potatoes half way
Step 3
In the bowl with the turmeric and black pepper, add the salmon and green beans and mix gently.
Step 4
Once the potatoes have been in for 20 minutes, lay the salmon and green beans on top of them and cook for another 15 minutes
Step 5
Meanwhile, finely chop the herbs and add to a bowl with the extra virgin olive oil, garlic, sprinkle of salt, lemon, dried oregano and red chilli flakes. Taste and adjust the sauce as necessary
Step 6
When the salmon is nearly done, take out and drizzle on most of the herb sauce. Put back in the oven for a further five minutes.
Step 7
Serve warm with the extra herb sauce at the table
