Export 3 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Halve your lemons. Use a lemon squeezer to add the juice to a high speed blender.
Step 2
Pour in apple cider vinegar and filtered water.
Step 3
Use your hands to roughly break up the ginger. Add it into your blender and blend on high until fully combined.
Step 4
Add a mesh strainer above a large bowl or cup - anything that has a spout - and pour in the liquid from the blender. I poured mine into my strainer then gradually transferred the liquid into a spouted glass measuring cup.
Step 5
Use the back of a spoon to gently press out all the liquid from the pulp. Discard your pulp OR store in ice cube molds in the freezer. They can be used in smoothies, tea, stirfrys, etc.
Step 6
Divide the ginger shots amongst the shot bottles. Enjoy within 5 days.
