Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Prepare two cookies sheets with parchment paper

Dissolve the yeast in the warm water add to a stand mixer and stir this for 1 minute.

Add the salt, honey, and oil and stir.

Slowly add the flour and beat until it forms a ball.
