Wash and rinse lemons well.

Step 2

Remove Yellow skins with a knife or a vegetable peeler.

Step 3

Trim away any large pieces of pith with a knife if you see thick white parts.

Step 4

Transfer the lemon peels to a clean jar and cover them with your favorite Vodka.

Step 5

Let it sit in a refrigerator from overnight up to a month.

Step 6

Cut the flesh of lemons into half or wedges.

Step 7

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and freeze cut lemons in a single layer.

Step 8

Once the lemons are fully frozen, pop them into a freezer bag.

Step 9

Fill a glass with frozen lemons instead of ice. Pour infused- vodka and carbonated water.
