Export 10 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 4, 350°F)
Step 2
Coat the oven fries with oil and add the seasoning before placing them in a roasting tray. Sprinkle on some salt, then add more if desired! Toss everything around until all of your spices are evenly distributed throughout each chip.
Step 3
Transfer to the oven-proof dish and cook for 25 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, chop the bacon, onion, red pepper and spring onion into small pieces. Add some oil to a frying pan and fry the ingredients except the spring onions until the onions are soft and the bacon is crispy.
Step 5
Remove the fries from the oven and add the stir-fried mixture and mix through. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top, followed by the chopped onions. Place back in the oven until the cheese has melted.
