Step 2
In a large bowl whisk the flour and baking powder to combine. Add in remaining ingredients (except oatmeal) and gently fold to combine. Sprinkle oats on top if you wish. This batter is a little on the thick side, no worries it will come out just fine!
Step 3
Pour better in to the mini loaf pans. Bake for 15 mins or until edges start to brown. Insert a toothpick or fork to make sure it’s cooked through.
