Preheat oven to 180C.

Place rib rack in large Pyrex dish and drizzle the oil over.
Step 3
In a small container combine the garlic, honey and soy. Pour evenly over the pork.
Step 4
Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Turn rack over and baste with pan sauces. Bake covered for another 30 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from oven, uncover, and slice between the ribs almost all the way to the bottom of the meat. Baste with pan juices again and fill gaps with the extra honey.
Step 7
Turn heat down to 100C and return dish to oven and bake another 20 minutes for well-done.
Step 8
Serve with vegetables or rice.
