Set the baking tray on a heat safe surface and allow them to cool completely. As the nuts cool, they are continuing to steam cook inside of their skins.
Step 4
Once cooled, easily remove the skins by taking a handful of them in a rough dish towel and gently rubbing. Alternatively, you could just take a small handful and rub them together with your two hands. The skins will just fall off.
