Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cover with as many hazelnuts as you need, just make sure that they aren't overcrowded. Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Set the baking tray on a heat safe surface and allow them to cool completely. As the nuts cool, they are continuing to steam cook inside of their skins.
Step 4
Once cooled, easily remove the skins by taking a handful of them in a rough dish towel and gently rubbing. Alternatively, you could just take a small handful and rub them together with your two hands. The skins will just fall off.
