Step 1
First, pull the thin layer of membranes off of the backside of the ribs. It is a thin white layer. Start cutting with a knife. Once you have enough cut that you are able to grab it, use a paper towel to grab and pull it off.
Step 2
Season generously, rubbing the seasoning into the meat.
Step 3
Place the liquid in the liner. Set the trivet inside the liner.
Step 4
Curve the ribs into a circle and set them onto the trivet.
Step 5
Cook on Manual HIGH for 25 minutes. Allow for a 10 minute natural pressure release before manually releasing the pressure.
Step 6
Carefully remove the ribs, brush with bbq sauce and broil for 5-10 minutes or until bubbly.
