Export 10 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Add saltines, milk, parsley, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, Dijon, Worcestershire, salt, pepper and meat to a bowl. Mix well with clean or gloved hands.
Step 2
Spray egg bite mold with non stick spray. Scoop mixture into egg bite mold cups*. You’ll use about 1/3 cup of mixture for each cup. It will overflow a little bit.
Step 3
Loosely cover the mold with foil. Pour 1 ½ cups water in the bottom of Instant Pot liner. Place mold on a trivet* and lower into the pot.
Step 4
Cover the Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 35 minutes. When time is up move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
Step 5
Remove the trivet and mold.
Step 6
Stir the ketchup and vinegar together. Spoon a little over the top of each mini meatloaf. Then place pan under your oven’s broiler for 3 minutes.
Step 7
Serve and enjoy!
