Make dry rub by combining all ingredients in a small cup.

Pat the pork ribs dry and remove the white membrane from the back of the rack.

Cut the baby back ribs in half and apply rub to all sides.

Place trivet inside Instant Pot and add water.
Step 5
Place ribs on top of the trivet.
Step 6
Pressure Cook on High Pressure for 20 minutes. It takes around 8 minutes to pressurize.
Step 7
Natural Release for 20 minutes then do a quick release.
Step 8
Remove the baby back ribs and coat all sides with BBQ sauce.
Step 9
Place the ribs back on the trivet.
Step 10
Using the Air Fryer lid, air fry the ribs for 10 minutes at 400F (204C).
Step 11
Line a tray with aluminum foil.
Step 12
Place the pork ribs on the tray.
Step 13
Broil for 6-8 minutes in pre-heated oven.
Step 14
Place the ribs on Air Fryer basket.
Step 15
Air fry the baby back ribs for 8 minutes at 400F.
