Step 1

In a small bowl, prepare the compound butter by combining the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well until the butter mixture looks uniform.

Step 2

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 3

Pat each steak dry with paper towels.

Step 4

Lather the steak cuts with about 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Then, season all sides using salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Make sure to season the sides of the steak as well.

Step 5

Place the ribeye steaks in the air fryer basket. If your air fryer doesn’t have enough space for both steaks, you may need to cook them one at a time.

Step 6

Cook the steaks for 10 to 12 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Flip the meat at the 6-minute mark.

Step 7

Remove the steaks from the air fryer.

Step 8

Allow the steaks to rest for about 5 to 10 minutes. This step allows the juices in the steak to settle, making each cut more tender and flavorful.

Step 9

During the resting stage, place about 1 to 2 tablespoons of the compound butter on top of each steak. The heat from the steak will melt the butter, creating a sauce for the steak.
