Step 1

Cut kabocha into small pieces and steam them in a pot for about 10mins

Step 2

Transfer steamed kabocha to a mixing bowl, mash it, add potato starch and blend

Grab some kabocha dough, roll it, and push it with your palm to shape it

Pour some oil in a pan and place the shaped dango and fry them on medium heat for 3 mins on each side.
