Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350⁰ degrees F, fan forced.

Using a stand mixer, beat the eggs and vanilla until thick and creamy.
Step 3
Place the chocolate, butter and coffee in a microwave safe bowl and heat in bursts untilmelted and smooth.

Add the chocolate mixture to the eggs, beating on low until combined.
Step 5
Fold the dry ingredients (almond flour and sweetener) through until well incorporated.
Step 6
Grease two single-serve 1 cup ramekins very well.
Step 7
Pour the batter into the two ramekins and bake for 10-15 minutes until the top has set but still jiggles. (Cooking time will depend on the size and shape of your ramekin)
Step 8
Sit aside for five minutes before upturning in a serving plate.

Serve with cream and berries, if desired
