Export 2 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Place ½ cup of the juice in a small bowl and sprinkle the gelatin powder over the top of the juice. Let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
Step 2
Warm the remaining juice in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer.
Step 3
Combine the hot juice and the gelatin juice, mixing the two together to dissolve the gelatin completely.
Step 4
Stir in the erythritol.
Step 5
Pour the juice into a gummy bear mold. We use an eye dropper to make sure each cavity is filled evenly. You can use any shape of silicone gummy mold you’d like.
Step 6
Place the mold in the fridge and let the gummies set for about two hours.
Step 7
Pop the gummies out of the mold one at a time. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
