Step 1
Pour apple juice and sugar into a small saucepan.
Step 2
Stir until the sugar disolves.
Step 3
Sprinkle the gelatin over the juice, stir until blended, then let it sit for two minutes.
Step 4
Set the saucepan on the stove over medium heat and bring to a boil.
Step 5
Once it comes to a boil, remove the pan from the heat and let the foam subside.
Step 6
Skim off any foam that remains using a spoon.
Step 7
Set a gummy candy mold on a cutting board or baking tray.
Step 8
Fill an eyedropper with the hot sugar syrup or pour the sugar syrup into a squeeze bottle, then squeeze it into the cavities in your gummy candy mold.
Step 9
Once the eyedropper has a lot of air bubbles in it, squeeze the bubbly sugar syrup into the saucepan, then fill it up again.
Step 10
Once the eyedropper is almost empty it will be filled with too many air bubbles. Squeeze the syrup along with the bubbles back into the saucepan, then refill it with more sugar syrup.
Step 11
Set the mold aside at room temperature for 30-45 minutes until firm or speed up the process by freezing the mold for 10-20 minutes.
Step 12
Un-mold the candies and they are ready to enjoy.
