Preheat oven to 350° F

Take a medium size skillet and cook the breakfast sausage on medium until completely done.

Saute the frozen veggies until soft in 1 tbsp of butter

Whisk and beat eggs

Add the cooked sausage, cheese and optional veggies to the egg mixture and combine

Pour mixture into a greased muffin pan, about 2/3 full
