Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients using a whisk.
Step 2
In a smaller separate bowl, whisk together the egg with milk and salt until thoroughly combined.
Step 3
Slowly pour the wet ingredients back into the large bowl with the dry ones and combine using a spatula. Add the chocolate chips and mix again with the spatula.
Step 4
Use a cookie scoop, and divide the batter into 10 equal parts, and fill the cavities of a large muffin tray. Stuff the middle of the muffins with Lindt truffles and cover with a bit of extra batter on top.
Step 5
Bake for 15-18 minutes, until the muffins look golden brown and pass the toothpick test. Remove from oven, cool down for 5 minutes.
