Place shredded lettuce in the bottom of a large glass bowl.

Step 2

Cover with a layer of frozen peas

Step 3

Layer mushrooms, shallots then sliced eggs. Finish with a layer of cheese.

Combine dressing ingredients and pour over. Dressing should be quite thick and make its own layer.

Step 5

Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Step 6

Before serving add layer of sliced tomatoes, chopped bacon and finish with parsley.
