Add almonds to the bowl and mill for 10-15 seconds Speed 10 set aside or you can just use almond meal and add in step 54. Add Mandarins (cut into quarters, skin on, remove as much white pith as you can and no pips) and butter into the mixing bowl and mix for 10 seconds speed 8, scrape down the bowl sides and mix for another 10 seconds speed 85. Add remaining ingredients, including almond meal and combine 20 seconds speed 4. If you like a sweeter muffin then add in 100g of caster or raw milled sugarCardamom can be left out if you don't have any or you can substitute for cinnamon or nutmeg6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until skewer comes out clean this all depends on your type of oven
