Microwave Chocolate Mug Cake

Step 1

Add the butter to the mug and microwave for 45 seconds to melt.

Step 2

Add the remaining ingredients to the mug and mix well with a fork.

Step 3

Place the mug back into the microwave and cook for 70-90 seconds. The cake should pull away from the sides of the mug and appear somewhat dry on top.

Step 4

Let the cake cool for about 5 minutes before eating.
