Step 1
Add strawberries, milk, sugar, jello cheesecake pudding mix, and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend slightly until all ingredients are combined.
Step 2
Add heavy cream and blend for an additional 5-10 seconds.
Step 3
Pour into Ninja Creami container and then freeze for at least 24 hours.
Step 4
Remove from freezer and process on ice cream setting
Step 5
Top with strawberries and crushed graham crackers if desired.
