Step 1

Place two sirloin steaks onto your Ninja Foodi rack. Season with salt and pepper. Place the air fryer lid down on your Ninja Foodi. Set the temperature to 180c/360f and the cook time to 5 minutes.

Step 2

When it beeps turn the steak with some kitchen tongs, season the other side and cook for a further 5 minutes at the same temperature.

Step 3

When it beeps, slice in half to see if it’s a perfect cook for you, serve and enjoy.
