Heat Grill: Set the Ninja Grill to cook function bake. Set the temperature to 375F degrees and the time to 1 hour.

Prep Potato: Clean the potatoes with water. Pierce all over with a fork.

Season: Using a basting brush, spread oil all over each potato and sprinkle with salt.

Cook: When the grill is ready, place the potatoes on the grill grate and cook until fork tender, about 45-50 minutes. If you have an instant read thermometer, aim for a temperature between 205-210F degrees.
Step 5
For Loaded Baked Potatoes: Run your knife down the center of the potato without cutting all the way through. Push the ends together, so the inside of the potato is more exposed. Add butter, cheese and bacon bits. Return to the grill for 5 minutes. Top with sour cream and chives.
