No-Bake Muesli Tart

Step 1

Blend cookies with chopped cashews. Crush the muesli coarsely. Mix together in a large bowl. Melt butter and pour over the cookie-cashew-muesli mixture.

Step 2

Melt white chocolate in a bain-marie. Pour 2/3 cup into the bowl and stir until ingredients are combined.

Step 3

Spread the strawberries evenly over the pie crust. Top with whipped cream and decorate with fresh strawberries and crushed dried mixed fruit as you like.
