Step 1

Add oil to a heavy bottomed pan or dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper and brown.

Step 3

Add bell pepper and onion, cook for 5 - 10 minutes until softened.

Step 4

Add diced garlic paste, all purpose seasoning, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, elbow macaroni, beef broth and bring to a boil.

Step 5

Reduce heat slightly, add in the 2 bay leaves, and simmer for 20 minutes or until the macaroni has softened.

Step 6

Prior to serving, stir in the cheddar cheese and allow it to melt.
